SALON POLICIES
NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
Deposits are placed in order to ensure a clients arrival to their booked appointments. If appointment is canceled after an hour of blocking the schedule the deposit is kept! If client's doesn't show up at all the deposit is kept! Clients have one time to reschedule 24 hours prior to their booked appointments to reuse the current paid deposit, Appointments must be rescheduled within a 30 day window of the time the deposit was originally paid! Salon will give a full refund if the salon can’t accommodate services on the day clients are already booked.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given once the booked service has been completed, verified by client, final payment has been made and the client has left the salon premises! NO EXCEPTIONS!
CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to their booked appointments (excluding real emergencies). Salon reserves the right to cancel clients as customers if this policy is reoccurring.
